No two jobs are the same, so I don't do one-size-fits-all pricing. Every job is quoted individually, based on what your property actually needs, and the price is fixed in writing before any work starts. The price I quote is the price you pay: no hourly rates, no extras on the day, no deposit.

No two jobs are the same, so there's no honest one-size-fits-all price list. Rather than rough numbers that could be wide of the mark, here's exactly what your quote is based on for each type of work. The exact figure is always agreed with you in writing before anything starts.
Driveway cleaning
Priced by size, surface & condition
Block paving, tarmac, concrete or resin. Weed treatment, rotary clean and re-sanding included.
Patio cleaning
Priced by size, stone type & staining
Sandstone, slabs, natural stone or porcelain. Black spot and lichen treatment included.
Gardening services
Priced one-off or as regular visits
Hedge trimming, grass cutting and weeding. All clippings and waste taken away.
The price I quote is the price you pay: one fixed price in writing before work starts, with no hourly rates and no extras on the day. Send a few photos and I'll usually come back with your exact price the same day. Fill in the form, ring me, or WhatsApp a few photos. Photos usually let me price the job without needing a visit.

I'll come back with one fixed price for the whole job, usually the same day. Bigger or unusual jobs might need a quick look in person, which is also free.

Pay when you're happy
No deposit and no upfront payment. You check the finished work first, then pay the exact price that was quoted.
What Affects Your Quote
These are the things I look at when pricing a job. Any company that quotes without asking about them is guessing, and guesswork usually means a padded price or a surprise on the day.
Size of the area. Cleaning is priced by square metre; hedges by length and height; lawns by area. A single-car drive is a very different job to a four-car double.
Condition. Two years of light algae is quick work. Ten years of black spot, lichen and established weeds needs biocide treatment and dwell time before cleaning.
Surface type. Block paving, tarmac, sandstone, porcelain and resin all clean differently and take different pressures, treatments and finishing work.
Access and water. Tight side access, steep steps or no outside tap can add time to the job. I'll always flag anything like this in the quote, never on the day.
Stains and problem areas. Heavy oil, rust or paint staining needs specialist treatment and sometimes a second pass. I'll tell you honestly what result to expect before you book.
One-off or regular. Regular visits (fortnightly lawns, seasonal hedges, maintenance cleans) work out cheaper per visit than one-off rescue jobs.
